The magnificent Spiaggia dei Faraglioni, also called Scopello beach, is the best-known glimpse of the locality. This corner of paradise is characterized by the blue sea and crystal clear waters from which the imposing stacks of Scopello emerge. Swimming here will make you forget all thoughts, stress, worries and will leave you in a state of total well-being. The area is particularly suitable for snorkelling due to the beauty of the seabed and the richness of the marine fauna.
Although called beaches here you will not find the classic sandy cove but a concrete platform where you can rent a deck chair.
Attention: the Faraglioni beach is very small and being so famous it attracts many tourists. There is an entrance fee: in the summer months it is advisable to arrive early in the morning to avoid queues at the ticket office and be able to grab a deck chair.
